Ok. So it’s been 10 days. And I know I said I might put up a nice long post LAST weekend. Well, I’m afraid it’s not going to happen tonight either. Maybe once I get my life together (like that’s going to happen anytime soon.)

So what have I been busy with? School, in short. My homework load this semester is quite a bit larger than any of my past semesters. Plus last week was my first round of midterms: 3 exams, and 1 paper due. THAT was a lot of fun, believe you me. The good news was all of my profs canceled the weekly homework, so I could focus on studying instead of doing assignments.

In all truthfulness, I really did have time to post on the past two weekends, but I just never got around to it. I was much too busy goofing off, sleeping, and generally recovering from the week. Oh, and studying and doing homework (though usually only enough to get by, I’m a huge procrastinator.) Late night games of Euchre, Hearts, and “Banana” (which is often known by other, less appropriate terms) are lots of fun, as are midnight frisbee sessions.

This year I applied for two positions with the University for next year, as a Resident Advisor, and as a Residential Computer Systems Consultant. Unfortunately, I didn’t get either position, which was a let down (not to mention losing free room and board.) So, next year I will be rooming with my friend Jeremy, who is my cohort in the late night card games and frisbee sessions. He’s a little nuts:

There really were two of us out playing with him, this wasn’t posed! (Well, it was, but he really did play frisbee like that for 30 minutes or so.) (Side note: The Frisbee says “Life is good” on it. That’s what he’s pointing at. I swear.)

Bedtime.
